Job Title: Senior Data & Reporting Analyst (2 Openings)

Location: St. Louis, MO (5 Days Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Duration: Full-time Contract (W2 – USC/GC Only)

Interview: Video Interview

NOTE: This is a full onsite position – 5 days per week at the Powerscourt location. Local or nearby candidates only. No remote or relocation candidates will be considered.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking two experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analysts to support a large-scale supply chain planning initiative. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to work across departments, and a proactive mindset — not someone who just “sits in a corner.”

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL and experienced with at least one enterprise reporting tool, preferably SAP BusinessObjects, followed by Tableau or Power BI. Any background in supply chain or finance reporting is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strong SQL skills (do not submit candidates without SQL)

Experience with one or more reporting tools (listed in order of preference):

SAP BusinessObjects (preferred)

Tableau

Power BI

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – this is a highly interactive, client-facing role

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, work independently, and deliver insights to stakeholders

Experience in supply chain reporting or finance is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct complex data analysis and deliver actionable insights

Capture and document data definitions, rules, and quality requirements

Integrate data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards

Develop forecasts, ad hoc reports, dashboards, and other data tools

Interpret data to identify trends, operational impact, and business opportunities

Maintain reporting dashboards, templates, and specifications

Ensure data quality through regular audits

Communicate results effectively across all levels of the organization

Identify data-driven strategies for improving business performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

5+ years in data analysis and reporting

Proficiency in SQL and experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI

Preferred:

Experience with corporate finance or supply chain data

Strong documentation, data presentation, and stakeholder management skills
