Job Description
We are seeking a part-time, motivated student to assist with project management tasks focused on the move of medical equipment into the new hospital. This role, requiring 15–20 hours per week through the end of the academic year, will support the planning and coordination of relocation activities, assist with scheduling, documentation, and meeting organization, collaborate with staff and hospital teams to ensure a smooth transition, and help to resolve logistical challenges as they arise. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, is interested in healthcare and project management, can communicate effectively and work independently, and is comfortable working in a clinical setting.
