Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts. We are seeking for RMM Academy Advisors from the following locations: Eenhana, Grootfontein, Katima Mulilo, Keetmanshoop, Luderitz, Otjiwarongo, Oshakati, Outapi, Rundu, Swakopmund, Tsumeb and Walvis Bay.

Duties and responsibilities...

Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through providing financial advice and relevant solutions to individual

Advise clients in line with the customer value proposition and compliance framework

Retain existing business

Perform sales leads conversion and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor as part of the training program

Minimum Requirements...

Namibian Citizenship

Grade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects

A clear criminal and credit check

Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image

Good planning, organising and time-management skills

Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Proactive and passionate about sales

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Self-starter and team player

Valid Driver’ license will be an advantage
