Your part in the Blue Care Team
Blue Care operate over 35 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home.
Our dynamic retirement living team at Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is looking for an experienced Gardener to be part of their grounds and maintenance team. A rewarding role that will see you being part of a collaboratiive retirement livings team committed in providing resident focussed services and a ‘sense of place’ in the village. Your role will include:
Mowing the lawn on a ride on mower
Lawn maintenance
Whipersnipping, edging and hedging
General and minor maintenance across the site
What makes a difference for us?
Experience in general building, plant and equipment maintenance
Experience in gardening/landscape/grounds maintenance, including
Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides and safe work practices
Relevant Trade Qualifications or Certificate in Facilities, Building or Construction
Current Australian driver’s license
