Construction Estimator

This established GC have a 40-year history of specializing in large-scale public and state agency projects throughout NY & NJ.

They are currently looking for an Estimator to join their Passaic County office. Working closely with the preconstruction team and Chief Estimator, responsibilities will include assisting with the coordination of subcontractor bid lists, design document review, and quantity takeoffs for assigned trades.

They are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience - ideally with some experience in public works projects in NY/NJ – a technical degree and, importantly, the right attitude and work ethic to grow with the company. They are also open to a Project Engineer or APM with relevant experience who is looking to make the transition into preconstruction.

This is an opportunity to join an established contractor with a path to a senior position in construction estimating in New Jersey.
