Job Details
4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation; prior experience in construction litigation is highly desirable.
Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
Exceptional research and writing skills
Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
