Our fast-growing security firm is seeking a skilled CCTV Controller to oversee surveillance operations and ensure the safety of our clients and properties.

CCTV Controller Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Type: Full-Time/ Shift Work Required Salary: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV footage across multiple sites Identify and report suspicious activity or security breaches Collaborate with on-ground security teams to coordinate responses Maintain accurate logs and incident reports Ensure all equipment is functioning and escalate faults when necessary Requirements: Proven experience in CCTV operations or security control rooms Excellent observational and decision-making skills Familiarity with surveillance software and camera systems Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to remain focused during long shifts or high-pressure situations Valid PSIRA Grade B Please send your resume/CV
