This is a remote role for a UI/UX Designer who will shape the visual identity and user experience of our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to translate complex user journeys into intuitive, accessible designs that support job seekers through every step of their process.
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting user research, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility. This role involves thinking strategically about user flows while executing beautiful, functional designs.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, InVision)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
Experience with user research tools and methodologies
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
Understanding of Chrome extension UI constraints and opportunities
Experience with version control for design files
Knowledge of usability testing platforms and analytics tools
Basic understanding of front-end development workflows
Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode, Figma Dev Mode)
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web applications and Chrome extensions
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design implementation quality
Optimize user flows and interaction patterns
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices
Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines
Participate in design critiques and cross-functional planning
