You’ll create engaging content that showcases our product’s value and builds a community around career success and job search optimization.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating compelling content, managing community engagement, and maintaining consistent brand voice across all platforms. This role involves working closely with marketing, product, and design teams to amplify our mission and connect with our target audience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

2+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities

Experience with brand management and voice consistency

Ability to work independently and remotely

Understanding of the job search and career development landscape

Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns

Technical Skills

Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
