The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, documenting business requirements, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role involves translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
Knowledge of statistical analysis and market research methods
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
Familiarity with statistical software (R, Python, or SPSS)
Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing
Experience with API integration and data pipeline management
