Dear Media West Hollywood, CA, Austin, TX, or New York, NY Video Creator ABOUT THIS POSITION: We’re looking for a creative and strategic Video Creator to produce compelling, high-quality content for all Dear Media shows across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

This role involves concepting, editing, and delivering daily video content tailored to each platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to support launches, campaigns, and brand moments.

The ideal candidate is a fast, detail-oriented editor with a strong understanding of social trends, platform best practices, and a passion for storytelling in digital media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:You will work with cross-department teams and execute on high-end video content for new product launches, seasonal marketing campaigns, brand moments that will be featured on Social and Paid Media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more).Develop and concept videos that bolsters brand love, advocacy, and educationProduce and edit compelling & impactful social video content on a daily basisEdit multiple creative assignments from post-production through distribution while managing assigned project workflow and deadlinesContribute in team brainstorming sessions on video and social strategies.

Pitch creative ideas on how to edit previous and incoming footageEdit branded content with multiple deliverables for sponsorsDevelop and work with various graphic templates to insert them into videos seamlesslyCommunicate with the team to maximize resources and optimize video outputsCollaborate with the team in identifying highly marketable momentsHave an eye out for what is trending and apply those to the video outputs/deliverables QUALIFICATIONS:You must have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and are familiar with best practices for video creation on different platforms.

You must be comfortable handling multiple edits at a time under tight turn-around times.Experience creating daily video content for social platforms, as well as filming and strategizing creative in fast paced environmentsStrong executional understanding in how to make impactful micro content for specific audiences and platformsUnderstands the executional ins and outs of making video content for social platforms (sequence settings, key framing, captioning graphics)Experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro, and the entire Adobe creative suiteAble to work a full frame DSLR, manual settings, audio monitoringKnowledge of cameras and camera equipment SOFTWARE SKILLS:Google E-mail / Docs / Calendar (a must)Photoshop (preferred)Adobe Premier and After Effects (video & audio a plus)Pro Tools (a must)Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency uploading to podcast hosting platform Dear Media is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
