Position Summary This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health and growth of our brand.

This position is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across departments.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Forecasting & BudgetingDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plansCollaborate with department leads (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to gather and validate assumptions Reporting & AnalysisDevelop and maintain dashboards and monthly reporting packagesAnalyze variances between actuals, budget, and multiple forecast scenariosAnalyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to improve profitability, pricing, and cost efficiency Business PartneringSupport cross-functional initiatives with financial insightsManage and maintain product margin analysis reporting inventory planning and channel performance metrics Scenario Modeling & Strategic SupportPerform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess business risks and opportunitiesSupport strategic projects such as new product launches, retail expansion, or digital marketing investmentsConduct and manage ROI, IRR, and NPV processes Data & Systems ManagementMaintain financial models and support the enhancement of planning toolsPartner with IT/BI teams to streamline data flows and improve reporting accuracy QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate financeStrong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI) a plusExperience in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesComfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment Benefits: Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife & Disability insurance401(K) with company match Company Paid holidays and PTO:Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role.After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days.
