Help develop a path forward to support the growth and the business.BS/BA degree in HR, Business or CommunicationsMust have 2+ years working in Human Resources in a manufacturing or supply chain, logistics company that has a sense of urgency.Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsMust be detailed oriented with good analytical and problem solving skillsStrong software skills, quick learner with HRIS and talent management softwareSHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferredCompensation $60-75K base, bonus, and benefits
