Position Summary As a crucial member of our Operations team, the Command Center Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining scheduling coverage on a daily basis.
This role requires a professional and resourceful individual who can effectively communicate with our valued employees, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and swiftly address open post availability.
The ideal candidate will consistently provide exceptional customer service, skillfully addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, while fostering positive, lasting relationships with all Arrow Security team members.
The Command Center Operator collaborates with the Operations and HR departments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding the respect and integrity of Arrow's mission to provide an outstanding employee and client experience.
Schedule: Thursday- Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) 10:30PM - 6:30AM Essential Job Responsibilities:Conduct roll calls for all site, reporting the results to the on-duty tour commanderAdhere to company protocols when addressing no-shows or no-call situationsMust be adept at problem solving in a dynamic environment to ensure timely issue resolutionDemonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentRespond quickly and effectively to situations escalating to supervision as neededDeliver exceptional customer service in high tempo work environmentAbility to remain calm and collected under pressure and stressStrong Ability to work as an integral member of a tight knit team.Other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in the Security industryWorking knowledge of computer software/applications experience in Win Team a plusAdministrative, call center and customer service experienceAbility to work in high pressure situations with firm deadlinesHigh School Diploma/GEDKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of Win Teams is a plus Compensation Range: $23.00- $25.00 an hour.
