We're hiring a Product Owner who can lead execution, talk to customers, and keep teams aligned.

You’ll work closely with engineering to ship features that solve real problems.

You’ll own the backlog, manage priorities, and turn feedback into product improvements.

This is not a strategy-only role.

What You’ll Do Product Execution: Own the backlog: prioritize what matters, write clear tickets, and keep delivery on trackLead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineeringMake fast, informed decisions to unblock the teamTrack what’s in progress, what’s stuck, and what’s ready to shipEnsure releases are tested, functional, and well-communicated Customer Feedback: Talk to customers every week: discovery calls, follow-ups, and supportUnderstand how they actually use the product and where they get stuckTurn insights into actionable product improvementsFollow up with customers when their feedback leads to changeBe the internal expert on the user experience Communication and Team Enablement: Keep Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success informedTrain internal teams so they can explain and support new featuresMake sure no one is surprised by a release Documentation and Policy: Write and maintain feature documentation and product behaviorDocument billing policies, pricing rules, and feature accessEnsure internal teams have what they need to support and sell confidently What You Should Have 2+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Team Lead, or Software Engineer at a software companyExperience working directly with engineers to ship featuresStrong writing and communication skillsHistory of solving real customer problems, not just managing ticketsComfort in fast-paced, shifting environmentsStrong interest in talking to users and turning feedback into action This Role Is Not: A strategy-only role with no executionA passive backlog managerA ticket processor who avoids customer contactA process manager who adds meetings but not valueA siloed specialist who avoids cross-functional work This Role Is: Actively involved in execution and close to developmentFocused on clarity for the customer, the team, and the businessThe voice of the user inside the companyThe go-to for what’s launching, what it does, and why it matters
