Director of Maintenance – Sterling Flight Training (Part 141) Sterling Flight Training is a premier, FAR Part 141 and Part 61 flight training school based at CRG in Jacksonville, FL, with a satellite operation in TLH.

We’re looking for a hands-on, mission-minded Director of Maintenance to lead all aspects of aircraft maintenance for our Cessna and Piper training fleet.

This role isn’t just about compliance, it’s about keeping our aircraft flying safely and reliably, minimizing downtime, and building a maintenance team that sets the gold standard in general aviation.

Key QualificationsValid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratingsInspection Authorization (IA) and Part 141 experience requiredMinimum 5 years in General Aviation Maintenance leadershipStrong knowledge of FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and best practicesValid U.S.
