Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $50,000-$57,000 base + benefits

Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, quoting, changes, and client communication).
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and quality service.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement changes.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years personal-lines account management or CSR experience (more preferred).
Active OH P&C License
Skills: Strong client service skills, coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Mindset: Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with Hawksoft a plus, but not required-training provided.Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $50,000-$57,000
