SAP HCM Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior IT Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in HCM best practices, Benefits, Payroll and Time processes, to support our HR technology landscape.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of HR, IT, and business operations, translating complex business needs into scalable IT solutions.

This role will lead to IT initiatives in HCM, Benefits, and Payroll space.

It will require a strong background in HCM, benefits, and payroll and time processes, and an understanding of the integration between on-premises ERP systems and other cloud-based applications.

This role will collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient system operations.
