Position Overview: Duggan Mechanical Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Inside Sales professional to support our growing service department.
This role is responsible for reviewing service recommendations, generating quotes, following up with customers, and ensuring smooth project transitions from sales to operations.

Core Responsibilities:Review recommendations submitted by HVAC field techniciansEstimate costs and prepare customer quotes based on recommendationsFollow up with customers on outstanding quotes to facilitate decision-makingReceive and process signed proposals from customersOrder necessary parts and follow up on all open purchase ordersTransition sold projects to the operations team for scheduling and executionOccasionally visit job sites to assess installation requirementsCommunicate with field technicians to gather detailed installation information Qualifications and Experience:Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and team membersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsClear and professional communication with customers and department managersAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong self-motivation and initiativeExceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activitiesTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesHigh level of customer service orientationKeen attention to detailResults-driven with a focus on achieving successful outcomesHVAC Sales & Estimating Experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software systems Safety Responsibilities:Champion and uphold corporate safety standards across all assigned job sitesExecute routine safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocolsProactively identify, communicate, and mitigate safety risks; implement corrective actions in real timeVerify field personnel are trained, equipped, and consistently utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE)Partner with the Safety Department to roll out safety initiatives, monitor compliance metrics, and support incident investigationsDemonstrate leadership by modeling and reinforcing a zero-compromise, safety-first culture at all levels of field operations Schedule:Based in Canton, MAFull timeMonday – Friday Compensation:Base salary $65,000.00 - $85,000.00Discretionary annual bonus Benefits:401(k) and matchingMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible spending accounts5 sick daysHolidays2 weeks’ vacationReferral program
