A top-tier international law firm is hiring a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to join its Private Equity Fund Formation team in New York.
You'll work on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters—advising on high-value, cross-border funds alongside a globally recognized AmLaw20 group.
Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus, in line with the Cravath scale and commensurate with class year.
