Schedule:
Monday through Friday, Rotating shifts 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Two Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This position is onsite.

What You'll Do:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls
Help customers with account setup, service changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and services
Upsell relevant products and services based on customer interests
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
Who You Are:
A strong communicator who’s confident, friendly, and professional
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-comfortable and open to learning new tools and systems
A team player with a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or customer service
Interest in technology, networking, or IT
Ambition to grow into future technical or operations roles
A background check and drug screening are required.
