As our Culinary Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our operations by:

Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee meat fabrication, meal preparation, wine bar service, and retail operations with precision and professionalism.

Strategic Leadership: Manage budgets, labor, and cost controls (COGS) to achieve financial targets.

Building a Top-Notch Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that embodies hospitality and excellence.

Ensuring Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health standards.

Creating Exceptional Experiences: Deliver unforgettable dining experiences that keep guests returning time and again.What We’re Looking For

Proven Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role.

Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success in budgeting, labor management, and cost analysis.

Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in meat cutting; ServSafe certification is a bonus.

Strong Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Retail/Grocery Knowledge: Experience in this area is an advantage but not required.
