About the Opportunity:

A leader in the fast-growing Data Privacy industry is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive new business acquisition and scale revenue growth. Our patented Hybrid AI platform is used by Fortune 500 companies to navigate global privacy regulations and protect customer data. With the Data Privacy market projected to exceed $100 billion in the coming years, were rapidly expanding and were seeking a high-performing, hands-on sales leader to spearhead our next stage of growth.

This role is laser-focused on net new logo acquisition. If you're a strategic thinker who also enjoys picking up the phone and closing deals, this is your opportunity to lead from the front and help build something that matters.

What You'll Do:

Lead and grow a team of SDRs and AEs focused exclusively on net new logo generation

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead generation to closing

Define and execute strategies to break into new enterprise accounts and verticals

Build outbound sales motion and messaging in partnership with Marketing and Leadership

Set aggressive revenue goals and consistently deliver against monthly and annual targets

Serve as both a leader and an individual contributor your team will follow your example

Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and pipeline hygiene practices

Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) for forecasting, tracking, and performance analytics

Stay current on market trends, buyer needs, and competitive positioning

What Were Looking For:

10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (B2B), with a track record of net new customer acquisition

5+ years leading inside sales teams (SDR/AE) in high-velocity, high-growth environments

Proven ability to develop and implement outbound GTM strategies from scratch

Strong closer with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to executive buyers

Bachelors degree required

Data-driven decision-making, CRM fluency (preferably HubSpot), and sharp analytical skills

Bonus: Experience selling data privacy, security, or compliance-focused SaaS solutions

Bonus: Strong network of enterprise/C-level contacts
