The Hotel Partnerships Manager, is the architect of dynamic growth strategies across wholesale, OTA, airline, and receptive tour segments – bridging vision with execution across one of the most celebrated hospitality portfolios.
SUMMARY: Responsible for building, implementing and managing distribution channels for all CET markets with a focus on the Las Vegas market, to include wholesale, 3rd party online travel agencies, airline partners, and receptive tour operator segments. This position will be responsible for having a clear understanding of the needs related to each specific property and to the overall Caesars Entertainment portfolio, as well as a clear understanding and working knowledge of how to impact occupancies and revenue via these distribution channels by driving business as required for each property. This person will be responsible for developing new businesses as well as creating and maintaining business relationships and strategic partnerships, including but not limited to negotiating contracts, soliciting new accounts, and traveling to promote the properties through direct sales calls and trade shows. This person will be expected to grow production and increase ADR through proactive sales efforts for all CET markets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Continual evaluation, implementation and optimization of revenue growth opportunities through proactive sales effort.
Implement proactive, strategic and tactical actions consistent with optimal mix strategies to grow occupancy and revenues across the market
Implement of multi-property rate, promotion and partner structure throughout the markets
Identify periods where demand creation and/or movement is necessary and take action to impact said periods
Prospect / solicit customers to build non-casino, non-group transient business
Develop and grow relationships with key customers
Coordinate marketing efforts for key accounts with Assistant Director, Partnership Marketing
Travel to promote Caesars Entertainment properties
Conduct site surveys of all Las Vegas properties
Grow production and increase ADR through proactive sales effort
Proactive effort regarding property content management and continual education of distribution partners as it relates to the specific properties
Assure all team reports are completed and submitted on time
Partner closely with all related departments such as Hotel Strategy, Revenue Management, Hotel Analytics, Marketing, Meetings, Catering, Hotel Operations, and to help guide overall strategies and tactics as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred
4+ years of experience in Transient / Leisure Sales for multi-product businesses.
Must possess very strong interpersonal, communication and consensus building skills;
Must be a quick learner and adapt to a dynamic, fluid working environment.
Comfortable navigating Excel and analyzing trends to shape strategy.
Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
Must possess strong motivational skills and leadership skills.
