Data Entry Clerk

As the Chief Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by entering, verifying, and updating various information in our database systems. You will work closely with our team of professionals, including researchers, scientists, and analysts, to ensure that our data is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and maintain data in our database systems, including patient information, drug trial results, and other critical data

- Verify and edit data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency

- Conduct regular checks to identify and correct errors in data entry

- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper storage, organization, and accessibility of data

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times

- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline data entry processes

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and requests

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data entry techniques to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry and database management

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software programs

- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset

- Ability to handle and organize large volumes of data efficiently and accurately

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
