This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Valet Manager Downtown at Premier Valet Parking in Columbus, OH. The Manager will oversee day-to-day valet parking operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient parking management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the valet team, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality standards are met.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team environment.

Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure safe and efficient parking of vehicles, including manual transmission handling.

Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee financial transactions.

Collaborate with management to enhance guest services and improve overall valet operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
