About this role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Noveon Magnetics, Inc. as a Customer & Inside Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with inside sales responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and prospective customers, providing support throughout the sales process, managing inquiries, generating quotes, processing orders, and helping maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web.
Providing product information and support to prospective and current customers.
Preparing and follow up on accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals.
Converting leads to sales and close orders.
Processing and confirming customer orders using the ERP system.
Handling returns and product issues with professionalism.
Maintaining detailed CRM records of interactions, quotes, and order status.
Supporting the external sales team with lead qualification and account coordination.
Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure delivery accuracy and timelines.
Resolving customer issues or escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Has 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Can display a strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
Is highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Possesses technical aptitude with ability to understand product specs and drawings.
Has familiarity with magnets or industrial components is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Able to endure prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift/move up to 15 pounds at times.
