We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Forge / Punch Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hot forge and punch press machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Responsibilities

Operate hot forge and punch press machines to produce high-quality metal components.

Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications and production requirements.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Utilize hand tools and machinery, including milling machines, lathes, and laser cutting equipment as needed.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing environment.

Skills

Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes.

Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing facility.

Solid mechanical knowledge with an understanding of tooling requirements.

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
