What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new industrial accounts through outreach, referrals, and solution-driven selling

Conduct motor and system assessments, including surveys and technical presentations

Recommend the right mix of motors, VFDs, soft starters, and power transmission products based on customer needs

Present products and deliver training to engineers, MROs, plant maintenance, and purchasing staff

Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining strong margin performance

Provide ongoing account support and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

Conduct joint calls with vendor partners to present value-added services and solutions

Attend trade shows and industry events to represent ESR and generate new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Recent experience in industrial outside sales, preferably in electric motors, drives, or power transmission distribution

Knowledge of industrial customers and MRO workflows

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Must reside in the Northern GA / Northern AL / Southern TN territory

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves

Sales background in manufacturing, aggregates, petrochemical, utilities, or OEM markets

Technical aptitude or ability to present and train on electric motors and controls

Previous experience working with leading brands such as ABB, Toshiba, WEG, or US Motors

Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products
