Systems Support Analyst Sr

Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Systems Support Analyst Sr to join their team. As a Systems Support Analyst Sr, you will be part of the Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Support Analyst Sr - W2 Only (No C2C)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

What's the Job?

Establish and maintain close working relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations personnel and other departments.

Provide analysis and implementation support of new technologies to enhance operations and service delivery.

Communicate application functionality to maximize system capabilities in meeting process requirements.

Lead focus groups and process improvement initiatives to prioritize and resolve system issues.

Develop reports to research and resolve data, system, and business process integrity issues.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.

Minimum of 8 years of systems support related experience.

Experience with Maximo Inventory modules and barcoding applications is required.

Working knowledge of Cognos or SQL Query writing is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
