️ Production Assembly Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Type: Full-Time

Industry: Aerospace / Defense

Take your skills to new heights! Join a precision-driven team fabricating Barrier Filters and Aero Structures for commercial and military rotorcraft. As a Production Assembly Technician, you’ll help protect engines from unscheduled maintenance and contribute to mission-critical builds. ️ Key Responsibilities:

Assemble Engine Inlet Air Filtration Systems for rotorcraft

Build sheet metal sub-assemblies for CH-53K, UH-60, and other low-volume parts

Install and remove rivets, hi-loks, cherry-max, hi-shear fasteners, and platenuts

Interpret engineering drawings and complete job documentation accurately

Safely work with chemicals and use required protective equipment

Select and operate hand and power tools including pneumatic squeezes and drills Essential Skills:

Technical and mechanical aptitude for close tolerance drilling, countersinking, and trimming

Ability to perform in-process inspections using micrometers, rulers, and calipers

Experience in riveting preferred Work Environment:

Climate-controlled, small shop setting

Bench-based tasks requiring attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday with 4x10 shifts (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)

Overtime: Voluntary and some mandatory, potentially exceeding 50 hours/week Job Type & Location:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
