Are you passionate about nurturing the littlest learners and helping them feel safe, loved, and supported every day? The Goddard School of Hilliard is looking for a warm, patient, and loving Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team.

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating a gentle, secure environment where babies can explore, grow, and thrive at their own pace. We’re looking for someone who values connection, consistency, and those magical moments of early development.

What You’ll Do:

Build strong, nurturing bonds with infants and their families

Maintain a safe, loving classroom environment

Support physical, emotional, and sensory development

Communicate daily with families using Kaymbu

Collaborate with your co-teacher and school leadership

What We’re Looking For:

A heart for children and a calm, caring presence

Experience with infants preferred

CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework a plus

Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow with us

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
