Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications and related documentation. Responsibilities:

• Review and validate mortgage applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and manage all required documents for conventional and FHA loans.

• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout the loan process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan processing system.

• Collaborate with underwriters to address any conditions and facilitate loan approvals.

• Provide timely updates to clients and team members regarding loan application statuses.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and manage loan processing data.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan documentation efficiently.

• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to mortgage guidelines.• Proven experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in loan processing.

• Familiarity with conventional and FHA loan documentation.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage applications and related processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
