Referral Management Software Sales Job Overview:
To continue our significant growth since 2018, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Referral Management Software Salespeople to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue growth by identifying and hunting sales opportunities with healthcare providers and organizations. Patients are not getting the right care at the right time. Medical Groups and Payers are losing patient trust and revenue using subjective data, manual processes, and disconnected tools resulting in uninformed referrals going to high-cost, low quality providers with no ability to ensure care is completed. Compensation:
$200K to $300K+ Package
$100K to $150K Salary - Considers HC exp + equity upside
$100K to $125K Commission Opportunity (Ramps up year 2)
$25,000 Annual 100% Quota Bonus Opportunity
Sales Team Override - if you become the Sales Director
Initial Stock Options and Annual Bonus Stock Options

Referral Management Software Sales Director Key Responsibilities:
PHASE 1: Key Responsibilities:
HUNTING - Top target list using Outreach.io + LinkedIn Sales Navigator
SCHEDULE DISCOVERY - Call + Email MQLs to schedule discovery calls
DISCOVERY CALL - Qualify, find issues/vision, then schedule Demo
SCHEDULE DEMOS - Rewarded for getting SR Sales into DEMOs
PHASE 2: Same as PHASE 1 plus:
DEMOS - We’ll do Demos first 2 months, then you do them
PROPOSALS - We provide templates and show you how
WIN SALES - Build personal relationships to win sales
Referral Management Software Sales Director Qualifications:
Proven experience selling healthcare software to Medical groups
High Level Sports showing teamwork, resilience, work ethic
Military experience is ideal, we value discipline and respect
Demonstrated Extreme Ownership Text Summary.pdf
Demonstrated track record as a top performer
Problem solver, critical thinking and collaboration skills
Ability and willing to build rapport face to face and virtually
Willing and able to Travel 1-2x a month for a day or two
Pipeline management abilities with Salesforce.com
