3rd Shift Order Selector / Picker – Full-Time

Premier ProduceOne, a leader in food service distribution, is hiring full-time 3rd Shift Order Selectors / Pickers to join our warehouse team in Columbus. If you’re detail-focused, dependable, and have experience operating warehouse equipment, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked

Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift

Training pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins

Schedule: 5 days/week, 3rd shift

Start time: 7:00 PM

Average shift length: 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)

What You’ll Do

Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately

Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift

Work on your feet in a refrigerated environment

Operate tow-motors and stand-up forklifts

Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English

Qualifications

What You Need

At least 2 years of warehouse experience

Experience using RF scanners and inventory tools

Able to occasionally lift up to 65 lbs

Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana

Must be able to stand and walk for full shift

No translation services available—English proficiency required
