● Supervision Model: Autonomy - this is a CRNA only model

● Staffing Grid: Team of 4 CRNAs, with 3 on-site daily and 1 off

Job Summary:

Northwest Medical Center in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a self-reliant, team-oriented CRNA to join our all-CRNA group. This role offers exceptional autonomy, great work-life balance with 10 weeks off, and a strong, collaborative team environment. Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in GI, ortho, general, GYN, neuro, ENT and bariatric cases.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

● Must be comfortable working autonomously.
