Data Services Manager

Full Time Day * REMOTE

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a Data Services Manager for LSS 2-1-1 in Columbus, Ohio. LSS 2-1-1 connects Franklin County residents with comprehensive and up-to-date information about social, health and government services.

What will I do as the Data Services Manager with Lutheran Social Services?

Maintain and update the LSS 211 database and FCOA database, adding new entries as needed.

Maintain Inform USA Standards.

Develop and maintain effective rapport and communication with service agencies in Central Ohio and surrounding areas to facilitate updating information.

Develop, plan and implement quality assurance activities through creating analytical tools that systematically track program service benchmarks and quality assurance performance, analyzing program data, creating regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) program metrics and quality assurance reports, determining root cause(s) of process problems and developing recommended solutions.

Generate all reports needed for grant reporting or applications, invoicing, or other projects.

Maintain dashboards reflecting call center KPI's on a monthly and annual basis

Shares 24-hour 365 day on-call duties with Program Director, and I & R Services Manager.

Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues; assist in their resolution with RTM and reports them to Program Director and IT Department.

Provides supervision to Food Pantry Coordinator.

Updates procedure and resource handbooks.

Collaborate with Program Director to develop, create and design the structure (procedures, trainings, works assignments) necessary to implement new programs.

Collaborate with Program Director ensuring agency compliance with Inform USA standards and maintaining agency Inform USA Accreditation.

Collaborate with Program Director and IT department for technology needs, planning and problem solving.

Develop and present supervisor and employee training to implement and support process changes and quality improvement initiatives.

Responds to I&R, Food and other service line calls as needed.

Fulfills speaking engagements, community meetings, committee work, and resource fairs.

Requirements for the Data Services Manager with Lutheran Social Services:

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, social service administration or related field preferred

Two to five years of experience with IT Administration, data collection and collation, data analysis, and data reporting required

Minimum of one-year experience supervising employees is preferred

Must attain Inform USA Database Curator certification within 1 year of employment

Valid Ohio driver's license, access to reliable insured transportation and ability to meet LSS insurance standards required
