As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of regulatory initiatives for the Trust & Safety team; with a specific emphasis on key efforts related to issue intake and governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of safety and trustworthiness. Key responsibilities include: Program Execution: Contribute to the successful delivery of user-centric features that meet quality and timeline goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally across Apple to leverage collective skills and intelligence. Complexity Reduction: Help simplify complex initiatives and align partners around clear goals. Decision Making: Support informed decision-making and help balance priorities with business and user needs. Product Vision & Strategy: Help define product vision and strategy for relevant areas. Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues. Technical Understanding: Develop an understanding of complex technical projects and emerging technologies. Communication & Collaboration: Connect with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives. Legal & Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to design and implement solutions.
5+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing online safety efforts, with a strong preference for trust and safety experience.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools with a demonstrated track record of running complex, cross-functional projects, in dynamic or evolving environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools, and technologies.
Trust and Safety experience strongly preferred
Skilled at building trust and credibility through empathy, communication, and follow-through.
Process-minded with an excitement to join a new team and support the development of governance procedures and protocols in partnership with others.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
