Salary: Hourly compensation based on experience - up to 20 hours per week; typical range is $20-40 per hour

F&B seeks an experienced part-time Education Recruiter to join the Human Resources team. Applicants should have prior experience actively sourcing candidates and working as an in-house or agency recruiter within the education sector specifically.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Develop a pipeline of diverse talent aligned to specific instructional teams utilizing multiple sourcing methods to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for current and future hiring needs.

Review resumes, set up preliminary zoom screens, and compile interview notes

Create, track, and manage reporting on candidate pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System. Screen candidates and enter feedback into the ATS

Write and place job advertisements

Have prior experience hiring or working within the education sector

Have an understanding of the academic course load of high school students and what makes an instructor a fit for our center

Be detail oriented, disciplined, and a self starter while working closely with the Director of Human Resources to understand requisition requirements

Be available up to 20 hours per week with days and times largely self determined

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least one year of experience working in education and at least three years of recruiting experience.

Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies to identify and attract candidates

Comfort with applicant tracking software and Google Workspace

Ability to pass a background check

This is a part-time position. Hourly rate based on experience.
