Responsibilities

Help families understand and enroll in Final Expense Life Insurance policies

Educate clients on their options in a compassionate, respectful manner

Build your client base independently or through company-provided leads

Maintain regular follow-up and provide excellent customer service

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity

Collaborate with team leaders and attend virtual or in-person trainings as needed

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to obtain a state Life Insurance License (ask us about licensing reimbursement opportunities)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Sales experience preferred but not required – we provide full training

Strong communication, people skills, and a willingness to learn
