At Maschinenfabrik Kemper GmbH & Co. KG, we operate globally as an independent company under the umbrella of John Deere. Our location in Stadtlohn, Münsterland, with around 330 employees, is a well-known industry specialist for headers, pick-ups, corn crackers, and replacement rollers.

Our Sales&Marketing department is looking for an intern or graduate to join us as soon as possible for a minimum period of 6 months.

You will support our team with market analysis, customer acquisition, and the implementation of marketing campaigns. You will actively contribute to the creation of sales materials, social media content, and the organization of events, gaining valuable insights into both strategic and operational processes.

Support the Sales & Marketing department in daily operations

Analyze and evaluate customer surveys

Create marketing and sales materials

Your Profile:

Enrolled student in agricultural sciences, agricultural engineering, or mechanical engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)

Practical experience with agricultural machinery is desirable

Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Enjoy working with people, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
