About the Role We are seeking experienced Infusion RNs to provide IV therapy and infusion services in clinics and skilled nursing settings across the Whitesboro region. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, ideal for nurses who value balance, autonomy, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Administer IV medications and infusion therapies.
Monitor patients during treatment and manage infusion-related reactions.
Access and maintain vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).
Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.
Provide education to patients on therapy plans and care expectations.
Accurately document all care and collaborate with providers for follow-up.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).
Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy nursing experience (clinic or SNF preferred).
Current BLS certification.
Proficiency in IV and vascular access skills.
Reliable transportation for local coverage.
Schedule & Flexibility
Full-Time: 3–4 shifts per week (daytime).
PRN: Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs.
Monday–Friday hours, no weekends or nights.
