Senior IT Officer

JOB DETAILS: Your responsibilities Manage and support company-wide IT systems including servers, networks, and business applications.

Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity across all platforms.

Respond to escalated IT issues and ensure timely resolution.

Lead implementation of new hardware, software, and network systems.

Coordinate IT support across departments and guide junior IT staff.

Maintain and enforce IT security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and data regulations.

Document IT procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Evaluate and recommend improvements for systems, tools, and workflows.

Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

Your profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of relevant experience in IT operations or systems administration.

Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, data security, and server management.

Proficient in Windows and/or Linux environments, virtualization, and backup solutions.

Familiar with firewalls, antivirus tools, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.

Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities Experience in cybersecurity and compliance standards Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco (CCNA/CCNP). Experience with ITIL framework or ITSM platforms.
