Position Overview
The Financial Coach is an entry-level gateway to becoming a Financial Advisor. In this role, youll support the advisory team by preparing client materials, conducting research, running introductory meetings, and helping guide clients through our financial planning process.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, youll become an expert in our Simple rebel service tier while helping clients progress through our eRebel, Silver, and Gold service levels.
This is a unique opportunity to develop both technical financial planning knowledge and the interpersonal skills required to succeed in business development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate within an advisory team to support client success.
Conduct client research and prepare materials for meetings.
Run introductory appointments and serve as a main point of contact for Simple rebel clients.
Provide ongoing client service, helping clients stay on track and progress to higher service tiers.
Embrace and apply our firms investment and financial planning philosophy.
Identify and solve client challenges with creative, practical solutions.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
Engage in business development efforts and improve your sales skills.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree required; focus in Financial Planning or Business preferred.
Certifications: Series 65 and/or CFP designation preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Experience: Prior experience in financial services, customer service, or sales is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Passionate about helping others succeed financially.
Open to growth in both technical knowledge and client-facing skills.
