Operation Manager Position Overview
The Operation Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all facets of the manufacturing process. Operation Manager Essential Functions
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely production.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for professional growth.
Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain continuous improvement projects.
Communicate effectively with senior management, present production updates, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Operation Manager Required Experience
Proven track record of successful leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process, technologies, and industry best practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly.
