Job Description

We’re hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to directly support the VP of Sales and serve as a key administrative and customer-facing resource for the Austin Canvas & Awning division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves keeping things organized, and can juggle customer communication, quote tracking, and internal coordination with ease. You’ll play a critical role in making sure our sales pipeline flows smoothly — from client inquiry through order processing for successful project completion. We’re looking for someone with the work ethic and flexibility to see tasks through when things get busy.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the VP of Sales

Track sales orders, quotes, and follow-ups through internal systems and spreadsheets

Create, edit, and maintain client files, documents, and quote folders

Input and update client/prospect data in CRM or tracking tools

Coordinate outbound communication for birthdays, thank-yous, and other client touchpoints

Serve as liaison between sales, production, and customers for scheduling or issue resolution

Field incoming calls, triage customer requests, and escalate as needed

Manage basic reporting and sales dashboards using Excel

Support internal project timelines and help keep deliverables on track

Perform general office organization and light inventory control

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Able to create, manage, and update spreadsheets (basic formulas, filtering, etc.)

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor

Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or job-shop environment preferred

SAP experience is a plus
