Are you a systems-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and challenging environment? Corporate One is seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Systems Administrator to support and optimize the tools that power our member engagement, campaign execution, and business development efforts. This role is part of a marketing team, not IT, and focuses on system functionality, user support, and process automation and improvement—no coding required.
What You’ll Do:
Administer and support Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement, and DocuSign, as well as other systems, for Marketing and Business Development
Resolve internal support tickets, conduct testing, and manage system configurations
Collaborate with stakeholders, management, IT, and vendors on integrations and projects
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation
Maintain documentation, support governance protocols, and ensure data integrity
Stay current on Salesforce and other marketing system updates and drive relevant changes
Support end-user training and maintain business continuity procedures
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
You’ll balance support tickets, project work, research, testing, and collaboration with the marketing system support team. Expect a mix of independent work and team interaction—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaborating, and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-energy team
Experience in a business environment and administering Salesforce
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce Flow Builder and third-party integrations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, with a strong skill in Excel
