Shipping Clerk -

The Shipping Clerk will support Warehouse and/or Production departments by entering data into Famous Software to ensure accuracy of product and inventory.

WORK HOURS:

Monday - Friday : 7:00am- end of shift..

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review Department documentation for accuracies and omissions.

Accurately enter Production, Shipping or Receiving data into Famous Software

Print Pick Tickets, Tags or Labels for Warehouse and Production

Monitor work orders and update data as needed

Track and effectively communicate status of delivery drivers

Scan, electronically file and email information to appropriate recipient

Generate data reports in Microsoft Excel

Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of data experience, required

Minimum 1 year of shipping experience with a 3PL company required

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office, Excel) required

BOL experience preferred

Effective communication skills

Strong attention to detail
