Lead a High-Performing Branch Serving Elite Clients

This Branch Manager role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a structured yet growth-focused environment. You’ll oversee a $5M book of business and a team of 3–4 Account Managers servicing high-profile tech campuses and Class A commercial sites. With strong support from a senior leadership team and a focus on education over ego, this is a rare chance to run a mature book in a company that invests in quality, without pushing a sales-first agenda.

What You’ll Own:

Lead a $5M branch within a $12M–$15M regional market

Oversee 3–4 Account Managers and their respective crews and books of business

Guide team development through mentorship, feedback, and technical training

Serve as the primary point of accountability for branch operations and client outcomes

Drive retention through consultative service, not aggressive sales

Report to a market-level GM who oversees multiple P&Ls across the Bay Area

Partner with internal departments on enhancements, quality control, and client satisfaction

Ideal Background:

5+ years of leadership experience in commercial landscape maintenance

Prior experience managing multiple Account Managers or a $5M+ branch

Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, plant health, and regional climates

Thoughtful and team-oriented, with a steady leadership presence

Not driven purely by numbers—aligned with quality, mentorship, and horticultural pride

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Experience with high-end commercial or tech clients preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience

Annual Bonus: Tied to performance

Company Vehicle: Take-home truck, gas card, and maintenance included
