Hours for the Machine Operator are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Starting Rate of Pay for the Machine Operator is $19.00 per hour.

Essential Functions for the Machine Operator Include:

*Operate various machines such as a Turret Press, Press Brake, Shear, Folding Press, Saw, and Tube Bender.

*Set-up, change over, adjust, and operate the machine, following the specified operation sequencing while using all necessary tools and resources provided.

*Utilize the necessary tools to ensure the parts produced comply with specifications.

*Verify conformance of sheet metal parts to specifications.

*Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company expectations.

*Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Machine Operator Include:

*High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

*1 - 2 years experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

*Ability to read and understand blueprints, manuals, work with computers and machines to perform the job.

*Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication preferred.

*Strong basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

*Ability to follow detailed instruction and attention to detail.

*Quality conscientious and able to solve common technical problems.

*Must be self-directed and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

*Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, have good hand dexterity and stand for the entire shift.
